This Mola, hailing from the Setúbal Peninsula, is a truly exuberant experience. The vibrant greenish-yellow hue hints at a burst of aromas – think lychee, naturally, but also a delightful tropical note of pineapple, a clear sign of this rich terroir. It’s refreshingly vibrant, possessing the structure expected of a Verdelho, and a creamy texture that lingers beautifully on the palate.
