This Monge, aged for 20 years, certainly seems to have had a chat with time. The almost morbid amber hue hints at its extended maturation in oak, revealing notes of crystallized fruit and exotic spices. Primarily crafted from Tinta Barroca and Touriga Francesa, it’s a remarkably delicate wine – a velvety embrace paying homage to Trincadeira and Aragonez. Absolutely lovely with aged cheeses, or perhaps a fig pudding for a truly indulgent experience?
