Crafted in this remarkably untouched terroir, it’s brimming with a heritage of dedication, clearly reflected in the flavour. Traditional winemaking – with foot treading on granite lagares – combined with a generous 10% of new American oak barrels alongside 90% of older ones, delivers a wonderfully complex and graceful wine. Predominantly made with Tinta Barroca, Touriga Nacional and Baga, it’s a particularly good match for a hearty, grilled beef steak.”
