Monte São Sebastião Reserva Branco is produced from a vineyard around 40 years old, where the dominant grape is Rabigato. It shows a citrine hue, complex aromas featuring floral notes and a mineral character. Fresh, with balanced and present acidity, it is highly versatile in food pairings, complementing both light dishes and more seasoned ones. The Quinta do Monte São Sebastião, located in Murça, spans about 7 hectares, of which 4 hectares are devoted to vine cultivation while the remainder is used for secondary activities such as orchards, almond trees and olive groves. Today, the estate not only continues its agricultural and wine‑making operations but also hosts a hotel nestled in the beautiful surroundings of the property. (Illustrative image only)
