A remarkably austere white, born from unforgiving limestone, it delivers a vibrant citrus freshness with a finish that demands attention – a well-deserved 93 points. Careful harvesting ensured the vegetal notes weren’t a distraction, but rather a beautiful enhancement of the terroir’s mineral complexity. Absolutely fantastic with grilled fish or roasted chicken infused with herbs.
