This Morgado de Sta. Catherina Arinto is a deliciously bold wine, having spent 10 months in French oak barrels. The influence of the wood is so pronounced, it’s almost as if the wine regrets leaving the barrel! Having garnered accolades – including two Gold Medals at the Concours Mondial de Bruxelles and a “Recommended” in Decanter – it’s undoubtedly a top-tier performer. Wonderful with freshly grilled fish or seafood, really enhancing its vibrant freshness.
