Morgado do Quintão With a deep commitment to disrupting the status quo and bringing viticulture back to its forgotten roots in our region, the current generation of Morgado do Quintão is shaping a new perspective on Algarve wine, seizing the opportunity to nurture the land where the vine first arrived on the Iberian Peninsula. Designation: Regional Wine Algarve. Vinification: Grapes are hand‑picked, destemmed, and undergo 45 days of pellicular maceration with occasional remontages. Alcoholic fermentation is carried out with indigenous yeasts for 25 days under temperature control. The wine is cold‑stabilised and aged for six months in stainless steel. Winemaker: Joana Maçanita.
