Description

The production of Moscatel, as a fortified wine, resembles that of Port wines, yielding sweet wines whose alcoholic fermentation is stopped by adding grape brandy. After a specified period of pellicular maceration, the Moscatel is put in barrels to age and refine its richly aromatic profile. These wines are made from various Moscatel grape varieties, internationally renowned for their aromatic richness and natural sugar concentration. The bottling year may not match the image shown.
