Description

The production of Moscatel, as a fortified wine, is similar to that of Port wines, yielding sweet wines whose alcoholic fermentation is halted by adding grape brandy. After a set period of skin maceration, the Moscatel wine is placed in barrels for ageing and refining its rich, aromatic profile. These wines are made from various Moscatel grape varieties, internationally renowned for their aromatic richness and natural sugar concentration.
