Description

Moscatel production, as a liqueur wine, is similar to the production of Port wines, resulting in sweet wines whose alcoholic fermentation is stopped by adding wine spirit. After a defined period of pellicular maceration, the moscatel wine is put in barrels to age and refine its rich aromatic profile. These wines are made from the various moscatel grape varieties, internationally known for their aromatic richness and concentration of natural sugars.
