Description

This “Mural” from Quinta do Portal is a wine that’s clearly pulled off a bit of a miracle – considering the unusual weather conditions of 2021. It’s bursting with tropical fruit and white blossom notes, largely thanks to the prominent Malvasia Fina and Fernão Pires grapes. Harvesting early in August certainly paid off, delivering remarkable freshness and a long, lingering finish. It’s a fantastic match for grilled fish or seafood – a reminder that sometimes, a little gamble is worth it.
