Carefully selected, sun-drenched plots, hand-harvested with almost hypnotic care, promise a remarkably complex and elegantly structured wine. Fermented in French oak barrels with *bâtonnage*, lending a captivating textural element, it achieves a sophistication that earned a well-deserved 17.5 points in Grandes Escolhas.
