The harvest is performed exclusively by hand, with careful attention to picking only the grapes that are properly affected by noble rot. In the cellar, the grapes are selected again and gently pressed, followed by a long stainless‑steel fermentation lasting about six months. After fermentation, the wine ages in barrels that have been used for two years. The color is a golden yellow. It has a strong aromatic intensity, with prominent floral, dried fruit, muscat, citrus, and some typical fungal aromas of noble‑rot wines. On the palate it is rich and intense, with high sweetness and complexity. The acidity is well present, providing the necessary harmony and balance. It is persistent and very long in the finish. Sulfites are present.
