Occhipinti Vino di Contrada SM is a single‑varietal white from Santa Margherita, a vineyard divided into four plots with mainly limestone‑sandy soils. During production it ferments in concrete tanks using indigenous yeasts, and is aged partly in concrete and partly in 25‑litre Austrian oak barrels. The result is a wine with solid structure, aromas of stone fruit, honey and dried fruit, offering a complex, firm, juicy profile with a touch of minerality on the palate.
