This Omnia is a rosé that clearly takes its colour seriously – that perfect blush is clearly a priority! Blended with Touriga Nacional and Aragonez, alongside Touriga Francesa, it delivers a wonderfully fresh fruit base, with the two red varieties adding a welcome layer of complexity. Five months of ageing on stainless steel ensure the acidity is beautifully balanced, keeping the wine remarkably vibrant. It’s a lovely choice to accompany grilled seafood – perhaps some grilled sardines or prawns – offering a touch of elegance without being overly serious.
