Paco & Lola Nº12 is an Albariño with a slight effervescence, named after the number of days the must was fermented in stainless steel tanks. Interestingly, it was also the 12th wine produced by the Galician winery. The fermentation is deliberately stopped with cold to achieve a highly aromatic wine, a fine natural carbonic acidity, and a luscious palate. A relaxed white, perfect for enjoying with light dishes.
