Página Branco is made from the Sauvignon Blanc grape variety, sourced from a 1.3‑hectare vineyard that carries the Óbidos designation of origin. Production places special emphasis on environmental and health concerns, and the grapes come from vineyards certified under Integrated Production standards, resulting in a carefully selected and concentrated lot. The wine presents a citrine colour, aromas of tropical fruits with vegetal nuances that recall green asparagus, combined with gentle woody notes. Its freshness is underpinned by a lively structure, finishing long and persistent. Quinta do Porto Nogueira was founded in 1738, in the first half of the eighteenth century, and has remained in the same family’s ownership until the second half of the twentieth century. The current owners acquired it at the start of the twenty‑first century. The 20 hectares of vineyard on the estate are planted on clay soils, shaped by the natural microclimate at the foot of the Serra de Todo-o-Mundo and its proximity to the Atlantic Ocean, about 20 km away. A rain‑free vineyard that combines unique characteristics, unparalleled freshness, and natural salinity. Consequently, the wines are marked by their distinctiveness. (illustrative image only)
