La Caprichosa is a monovarietal Verdejo from vineyards in the Rueda area (Pollos and La Seca), all over 30 years old. After a six‑month period on the lees, it becomes a highly aromatic wine with notes of hay, citrus and subtle balsamic nuances. It pairs beautifully with shellfish, fish, foie gras and cured cheeses.
