Robert Parker’s impressive 87 points certainly validate the wine’s remarkable minerality and the vibrant notes of ripe citrus and mirabelle plum that it offers. Despite the initial impression of richness, a refreshing “lemon brightness” ensures it’s brilliantly suited to grilled fish or seafood, or just as a cool aperitif.
