This wine truly feels like it sprung from the legendary Talha vineyard. The Palhete Honrado Talha Mondadeira pays homage to the strength and commitment of the women who’ve shaped the Alentejo. Four months in clay amphora imparted a wonderfully distinctive texture, followed by a brief period in French oak which beautifully softens the vibrant cherry and raspberry notes. It's a remarkably well-balanced wine with a lingering finish – an excellent match for hearty beef dishes and aged cheeses.
