This wine from Quinta da Ramalhosa is a delightful surprise – it’s clearly had a lively chat with some peaches and wild berries. Michael Baptista, in his mission to revive the quinta’s heritage, has managed to capture a remarkable elegance, despite the blend of Alfrocheiro, Bical, and Aragonez. That lingering green cardamom note is particularly unexpected, almost mischievous, and pairs wonderfully with a grilled fish.
