Description

This alcohol‑free red wine, made exclusively from Tempranillo, is Paragraph’s first offering. The project, founded by three partners from diverse backgrounds, seeks to craft fine wines using cutting‑edge techniques, aiming to preserve the aromatic intensity and finish of traditional alcoholic wines. Specifically, this monovarietal blend comes from prestigious wineries, with grapes harvested in Castile at over 700 metres altitude. In the cellar, the de‑alcoholisation is achieved by vacuum distillation, yielding a dry, wine‑like, sophisticated and gastronomic sip—without any additives. Everything is designed for enjoyment, respecting authenticity, flavour and balance.
