The grapes were hand‑picked and gently pressed in a pneumatic press after the wine had decanted for 24 hours. Ninety percent was fermented under temperature control, and ten percent in French barrels. Passadouro DOC Branco is a very elegant and fresh wine. It shows a strong expression of well‑tamed fruit notes mingled with white flowers. On the palate it is crisp, with good acidity and a balanced body. The finish is rich and long.
