Description

Patrick Javillier Les Tillets Meursault Blanc is made from Chardonnay grapes grown on parcels on the upper slope of Meursault, near the woods, where calcareous soils with patches of clay give rise to wines of great finesse. The vines, aged between 30 and 70 years, add depth and character. On the nose it offers notes of white flowers, clear‑fleshed fruit and a hint of light spice, in a complex and very elegant bouquet. In the mouth it is full, mineral and fresh, with a long finish that is subtly robust – a Meursault that balances the classic elegance of the appellation with the more intense profile typical of Puligny‑Montrachet.
