After a generous 24 months aging in 600-litre oak barrels, it presents a wonderfully rustic character, evoking images of sun-drenched Alentejo terraces and perhaps a few forgotten stories. The ripe fruit displays a lovely earthy texture, with subtle hints of clay, and it’s remarkably structured and fresh. A truly rewarding wine – ideally paired with a hearty black pork dish.”
