This Dão is delightfully obsessed with refinement. The Encruzado and Bical grapes, meticulously hand-picked in September, underwent a macération that clearly enjoyed a good chat with the skins. The result is a vibrant white with toasted nut notes and a lingering finish – a truly elegant wine, perfect alongside some delicate patés or fresh cheeses.
