Produced in just 800 bottles, this wine showcases a commitment to spontaneous fermentation – a genuinely ambitious effort. Notably, *Grande Escolhas* awarded it 18/20, suggesting this green wine is elevating the category entirely, and it’s particularly delightful with grilled fish or white meats.
