Crafted by Fundação Eugénio de Almeida, this 1990 vintage embodies the very essence of exceptional wine. The blend of Trincadeira and Aragonez, sourced from vines over 30 years old, delivers a remarkable complexity and elegance – a factor recognised by a stellar 18.5 score from Revista de Vinhos, and a "Grandes Escolhas" award in 2017. The careful winemaking, guided by Pedro Baptista and Duarte Lopes, with temperature-controlled fermentation in French oak balseiros, ensures a deep extraction, beautifully preserving the distinctive character of the grapes and the terroir of the Alentejo.
