The Antinori family has devoted itself to wine production for more than six hundred years. Since 1385, Giovanni di Piero Antinori became a member of the Arte Fiorentina dei Vinattieri. Throughout its long history, spanning 26 generations, the family has always managed this activity directly, making innovative and sometimes bold choices while always maintaining an unwavering respect for tradition and the land. Tenuta Pian delle Vigne is located 6 km southwest of Montalcino. The estate covers 184 hectares, 65 of which are vineyards, and reflects the personal and profound interpretation of the Marchesi Antinori, mirrored in a wine as prestigious and traditional as Brunello. The estate has been owned by the Antinori family since 1995, the year of the first harvest of Brunello Pian delle Vigne. (image purely illustrative)
