“This Planalto from Sogrape is a testament to patience – it’s clear that dedication pays off. Crafted from Viosinho alongside a delicate Moscatel note, it’s the product of years of meticulous study and a rather admirable obsession with quality. The hand-picked grapes, sourced from the highest terroirs, were treated with care, gently crushed and fermented with the precision demanded by stainless steel (16-18°C, of course!). The six-month aging in inox preserves the wine's refreshing vibrancy – ideal for pairing with fresh fish and seafood.”
