The careful fermentation, coupled with a 30% aging on fine lees, delivers a citrus complexity – think vibrant lemon and, of course, a distinctive green asparagus note. The producer cleverly uses oak, integrating it so seamlessly that it’s almost a whisper, enhancing the wine's subtle salinity.
