Born from the centenary vines of Quinta de Santa Bárbara in the Cima Corgo, this wine delivers an experience far beyond the ordinary. Featuring Tinta Barroca and Touriga Nacional, alongside a subtle vanilla note imparted by new French oak, it boasts a remarkably smooth texture and integrated tannins – a wine that earned a well-deserved 91 points from Wine Spectator. Seriously, it’s fantastic with hearty dishes, but we reckon it would be surprisingly good with a really well-confit oxtail.
