Description

“Poliphonia Reserva – a wine that seems to have absorbed the tale of Monte dos Perdigões, where figures like Damião de Góis and later Luis de Freitas Branco left their mark. Crafted from Gouveio, Viognier and Arinto, this white is an invitation to a truly sensory journey. The nine-month barrel aging, with its characteristic ‘batonnage’, has layered complexity, offering notes of tropical fruit and nuts. The result is a remarkably fresh and smooth wine with a lingering finish, perfectly capturing the essence of the Alentejo terroir – a wonderful match for a bit of fancy bird or a delicate white fish.”
