This Ponte de Lima Rosé is a delightful surprise, really calling for salmon. You get those classic red berry notes – think fresh strawberries and raspberries – alongside that signature Vinho Verde acidity, but it's been wonderfully smoothed out by the Espadeiro grape. It’s a remarkably elegant wine, with a lingering sweetness reminiscent of wild berries, and frankly, it’s begging for a plate of fresh cod and potatoes.
