The fermentation, carried out in bica (small, cone-shaped vessels), delivers a vibrant freshness, almost as if it sprang straight from the bottle. A subtle touch of oak adds to its elegance, while the signature blend of Rabigato, Cerceal, and Viosinho – intimately familiar with the Douro’s unique terroir – ensures a beautifully balanced finish that’s particularly lovely with grilled fish or shellfish.
