Expect aromas of dried herbs and ripe apple, which deliver beautifully on the palate. The pronounced acidity drives a vibrant burst of citrus, balanced against a medium body. Hints of toasted oak add a welcome layer of complexity, and the 91-point score from *Revista de Vinhos* certainly isn’t undeserved. A wine best enjoyed slowly, perhaps with some fresh seafood or a flaky white fish.
