Description

This Moscatel-inspired white from Porta 6 of Lisbon unfolds with graceful poise. Gentle handling during the crush and pressing reveals the freshness of the grapes, with a touch of Arinto adding a welcome acidity to balance the body. Fermentation, closely watched at 15°C in stainless steel, beautifully preserves the fruit and intensity of the grapes, notably the Chardonnay’s influence. A light and refreshing wine – utterly delightful with seafood or a fruit salad.
