This Prazo from Symington is a bold statement – intensely ripe red fruits like raspberry and cherry, almost exuberantly so, balanced by a distinct mineral character that’s quintessential to the Quinta de Roriz terroir. Robert Parker himself gave it 89 points, and rightly so; it’s a remarkably elegant wine with aging potential, ideally paired with a hearty steak and a really good quality cheese.
