Description

This cuvée receives special attention, as it comes from a vineyard certified as organic. Unlike Etiqueta Fucsia, where Mauzac predominates, here Chardonnay is the dominant grape. It is also made by the traditional method, with double fermentation (the second inside the bottle) and a 15‑month maturation period. On the nose it is fresh, with white flower notes, and on the palate it is frank and lively, harmonious and well balanced.
