Born from a collaboration between Peter Sisseck and local producers, this wine is a heartfelt tribute to Tempranillo – affectionately known as Uva Tinto Fino here – aiming to truly capture the spirit of Ribera del Duero. The emphasis on the purity of the Tempranillo, complemented by a touch of Garnacha, delivers a remarkably vibrant and refreshing experience. Slow fermentation and extended maceration, employing an organic and biodynamic approach, delicately extract the aromas, which then benefit from 18 months ageing in French oak barrels. It’s a wine particularly well-suited to pairing with roasted poultry or dishes featuring wild mushrooms.
