Quanta Terra Este is a wine crafted from Touriga Franca, Touriga Nacional and Sousão grapes. It was aged for 18 months in French oak barrels, 80 % new and 20 % old. It pairs wonderfully with red meats, veal loin, duck breast and slow‑cooked pork cheeks in port. Sub‑region: Vale do Tua. Soil: Slate and transition. Winemakers: Jorge Alves and Celso Pereira.
