This is a truly remarkable wine from the Dão, a testament to one winemaker’s dedication – planted in 1983. The blend of Encruzado, Bical, Gouveio, Malvasia Fina and Cerceal sings with an ancient wisdom, offering a complex white with floral notes and a hint of mace. A fantastic pairing would be with freshly grilled fish or a seafood rice dish.
