Quinta dos Carvalhais Branco is a white wine from the Dão of exceptional quality, the ultimate expression of elegance and richness. Their wines are truly special. Winemaker Beatriz Cabral Almeida, who has harvested grapes in the Dão, Douro, and Alentejo, has built her experience across several regions of the country. Although she began her academic journey in microbiology, her interest in the world of wine quickly surfaced, leading her to pursue a master's in viticulture and enology. In 2007 she joined Sogrape as head of the technical enology department at Herdade do Peso in Alentejo. Later, in 2014, she took over production of the elegant wines of Quinta dos Carvalhais in the Dão—a place inspired by the air and freshness of the surrounding mountains, where she also has family roots. Ideal for drinking on its own as an aperitif, or to accompany more elaborate fish dishes, smoked fish, white meats, or poultry. **Storage:** Store the bottle horizontally. Ready to drink, but with good potential for further development in the bottle.
