The Quilate Colheita branco comes from a careful selection of grapes from the Gouveio, Viosinho and Cercial varieties, sourced from parcels aged over 35 years and others around 10 years. It is vinified using the “open‑bottle” process, slowly fermented in stainless‑steel tanks with temperature control, and aged in stainless‑steel to preserve freshness, fruit and youthfulness. The wine shows a pale yellow colour with greenish reflections, tropical aromas of banana and pineapple, and on the palate it is intense, fresh and enveloping. (Illustrative image only)
