Quinta Alta Rosé

Description

This Qalt Rosé is clearly born of a rather fervent dedication – almost bordering on obsession – with achieving absolute perfection. Harvested on September 21st, 2022, with a level of painstaking detail suggesting a hopeful expectation of a miracle, the grapes were carefully transported in 20kg boxes to preserve their utmost delicacy. The gentle pressure and slow fermentation at 14°C seem deliberately designed to coax out maximum freshness and elegance. The result is a rosé that’s certain to complement a nicely grilled fish or a vibrant salad of fresh fruits with considerable flair.
