This Síria from Quinta da Biaia, harvested by hand from the Levandeira vines, clearly knows how to savour its peak ripeness – a trick that’s already earned it some accolades. The whole-cluster pressing, followed by a gentle, stainless steel fermentation and a lengthy aging in both French and Hungarian oak barrels, suggests a meticulous approach with predictably delicious results. Perfect with a grilled white fish or a light salad, wouldn’t you say?
