Description

This Rosé from Quinta da Biaia, a genuine "Mourisco" hailing from the Beira Interior, took a rather indulgent route to life – eight weeks of stainless steel fermentation, followed by ageing in French oak barrels (a blend of new and used ones) to achieve a beautiful balance of freshness and complexity. The weekly “bâttonage” – a delightful little throwback to old traditions – ensures a remarkable depth of flavour, and it’s absolutely perfect with grilled fish or a vibrant berry salad.
