This Arinto from Quinta da Biaia is frankly astonishing – a real test of acidity and minerality, grown on a high-altitude terroir that demands respect. The stainless steel fermentation, combined with 25% new French oak and weekly battonage, has produced a deeply concentrated and vibrant wine, with a subtle oak influence that adds a welcome layer of complexity. Seriously, it’s brilliant with grilled fish or shellfish.
