This Arinto, clearly seasoned by its old vines, boasts a beautiful golden hue. The nose reveals complex notes of petrol, quince, and that signature "flinty" character so typical of the Lisboa region – a truly classic expression. On the palate, it's remarkably fresh and vibrant, with a full body and well-integrated tannins, leading to an exceptionally long and persistent finish. Wonderful with grilled fish or a wild mushroom dish, I’d say.
