This rosé from Quinta da Falorca, crafted primarily from Touriga Nacional, is a delightful little surprise. It bursts with a pale pink hue, balanced by a refreshing nose of ripe strawberries and a subtle mineral note – a truly harmonious combination. The palate is vibrant, offering luscious dark cherry flavours alongside a wonderfully lively acidity. Apparently, it snagged 16 points, and frankly, it’s easy to see why – an elegant wine with a lingering finish. Wonderful with grilled white fish or a vibrant berry salad.
